Shipping your furniture

Bush products are designed and packaged for direct shipment. If needed, due to a large number (8 or more) or the size/weight of the items, we will deliver FREE to the room of your choice (unassembled). For your safety and convenience, we will not deliver curbside or require you to carry anything inside.

Orders ship complete. Inventory for all ordered items will be confirmed prior to shipment. No partial orders will be shipped. Most products ship in 3-5 business days from receipt of an online customer order. Standard transit times are 7-10 business days for shipment.

All aspects of shipping are clearly marked on the product’s page and will be highlighted when checking out. All products in your order are shipped via the same freight company within the contiguous 48 states. We do our best to offer free shipping to all of our customers; however, some exceptions may apply for some orders. If your order falls outside of standard delivery, we encourage you to contact our customer service department to determine the additional shipping costs or delivery instructions that may be required. 

Getting your furniture

Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment and the carrier. You can sign into your Bush Furniture account with your e-mail and receive tracking information on your order. Or with you e-mail and order number you can get tracking information without signing in.

If you are unable to be at your home or place of business (and if it is safe to leave the item), the carrier will bring your package to the front door. If it is not advisable to leave the item, the shipper will contact you with alternate delivery instructions.

Undeliverable items

We will make every attempt to complete the delivery of an item. Multiple attempts will be made by the freight company to deliver in the event that the customer is unavailable or a wrong shipping address was provided. Standard Return Policy applies. Please contact a Customer Care associate at 1-800-950-4782 to make any adjustments for ensuring successful delivery.

Assembling your furniture

Bush’s Quick-to-Assemble™ (QTA) technology lets you spend more time living, less time putting things together. QTA furniture assembles quickly and easily, with fewer pieces and fewer steps. Easy-to-follow assembly instructions are included in the package. If you run into any difficulties or have any questions, Customer Care is here to help you. Your Customer Care associate can answer all questions to make your assembly experience as effortless as possible. Here are some of the basics:

 • Hardware is clearly marked – no sifting/sorting countless bags

 • Assembly is easy and spelled out step-by-step, in understandable language

 • Sturdy design is forgiving and resists scratches

 • Flat-packed shipping lowers costs and makes it easy to move packages. Plus we deliver to your door or right to the room of your choice. You don’t have to haul anything.
